This project entailed a thorough refurbishment of a penthouse located in a prestigious area, which had deteriorated significantly due to prolonged neglect. The apartment underwent an extensive strip-out and renovation for an international client aiming to diversify their investment portfolio. Bella executed a comprehensive redesign of the space, which involved relocating the kitchen and living room, reconfiguring the staircase, and integrating a new walk-in wardrobe with an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, all windows were replaced, and a new air conditioning system was installed. The project duration extended over a year, from initial conception to final completion, and we are exceedingly satisfied with the outcome. Bella meticulously designed every aspect, from the overall layout to the newly installed dropped ceilings that discreetly conceal air conditioning ducts. Each detail was carefully considered and executed, resulting in an exceptional project that exemplifies excellence in both design and functionality. This included the initial concept design, technical detailing, procurement of all fixtures and fittings, as well as comprehensive project management and the selection of carefully curated furnishings to dress the penthouse.
